I have just come back from Cda and travel there about 4-5 times a year. I love my garden however nothing has changed for 3 years if anything the place looks worse for wear. I would love to see the unfinished land completed with grass or something ? Would the community be able to do this ? As I believe it would make a big difference . I now also know that just in my garden there is over 10k owed in community fees. Some have never paid anything . Owners with any outstanding debt should not be allowed in the resort and should have legal action taken. This is 3 years on ? Happy with what I have got but would and could be 100 times better . I receive emails from millianium every week about work needed about more trees been planted in gardens and tiles cracked but they need to get money in as this has to be a piority ?

No doubt people will disagree with me but I am sure they must have some special glasses?

I totally agree.

Keeping the resort clean and presentable is very important. Replace broken tiles, painting, plating, keeping the place clean and tidy is much more important to sales than waiting for the Paramount Theme Park to materialize. We have a fantastic resort, let us keep it like this, and improve. It will still keep it attractive for potensial buyers, and increase the joy for those of us that already owns an apartment.

Out in the country they spread wild flowers to keep soil down and this gives a colourful blanket. No cost to maintain?

There are plants that go with only a little water that will spread quickly. It must be something that does not spread to Golf course.

Grass would burn  in sun  - fire risk - and needs water  and cutting , succulants are local and flower.  In J11 a few of us are planting bushes and plants in open area. We have a couple that are green and purple all the year around  cost 7 euros . So if everyone planted something in the  garden  it would soon be like the brochure.

Open area low level succulants that produce red and orange flowers, take a cutting grow in pot and plant in open area. A few hundred would soon spread
