Let me try and put a bit of perspective on it for you, look around at the beautiful spacious thriving resort we have, in the sunshine and then think that at approx 1,000 euros per annum (a lot less than £1,000) community fees, is that not the bargain of the century? Friends of ours have just sold their CARAVAN! which is sited on Ribby Hall near Blackpool in the pissing rain because the fees per year are around £5,000, yes 5 GRAND for a caravan near Blackpool!!

For all our little faults and conspiracy theories it is chalk and cheese, wake up you moaners and whingers and smell the coffee.

Some people just don't seem able to read posts and take them at face value, I am not a whinger or a moaner in fact very far from it...I am a get up and doer.

All I have tried to do is alert you all to the scenario that I have seen and experienced first hand before and which seems to be unfolding at CDA.

I don't need to do it, I certainly don't need to be abused or called childish names for trying to alert you all.

In my humble an very honest opinion you will be sorry that you have not taken the administrator to task but I will leave it there now you will reap what you sow...I sincerely hope that you are correct and I have misread but I doubt it.

I am not calling you personally a whinger or moaner as I accept that your motives are sincere. However you have had quite a few whingers and moaners hanging on to your coat tails. From my point of view and I am not pretending that every little thing is hunky dorey, I happen to think that Mileniun are doing a fine job under difficult circumstances and I am absolutely delighted with the development of the resort in a climate of plus 25% unemployment and Spain as a country scraping along the bottom with disaster stories surfacing by the minute. there may well be things that can be tightened up but I for one am happy to rely on Mileniuns experience and judgement. The fact that there are a lot of us with that view does not make us idiots who are being screwed over. Thats just the way I see things at the moment.
