Maintenance Charges

Hi all

We are considering a 2 bed top floor corner apartment on la isla de terrazas. Can anyone give me idea what the monthly maintenance fee is? Also are these apartments close to the remaining construcion sites?

I am on Terrazas the island, and our maintenance charges are quarterly, between €320 and €340. The entrance to the island has nearby a skeleton being completed which should be finished in 4 to 6 months, however we are here at the moment in Block 164 and no intrusion at all.

I must say that is an excellant choice on a top floor corner unit, this is a lovely resort, not overcrowded, fantastic views, great pools, and people are really friendly

We just bought a 2 bed corner first floor apartment from Polaris in block 165 of the Islas (end of the Island). I have just got my 2013 fee notification which is as Kevin says.

Our first trip out is February and we can't wait to furnish :-)
