Mortgage interest rates

I was sure I got notification a couple of months ago about the 2013 rate on my mortgage which was working out around €30 pm less. I think there is an annual revision so this would have been about right. However, I thought it was due to kick in from January but there has been no reduction either in January or February. My mortgage is with Bankia. Does anyone else remember getting their mortgage projection notification and, if so, do they know when it is due to change. I have hunted high and low for the slip but can't find it. Thanks. Arlene.

The rate should apply from the month the mortage started ie the completion date of purchase.  The rate applied normally is taken from the interest rate either one month or two months previous to this.
