General Bank Guarantee Found. Action starting

Last week at the Law Firm. One of the General Bank Guarantees in this development found. 

This information plus other information on different entities being involved makes the action against Bank we are prearing a one redy to go

let me guess.......we will have to pay again..........we wont see a euro back..................if it was a real possibility you would do it for 25% of all money recovered........but you wont............we were fools to deal with HUMA but how many more kicks while we are down do we have to take...........just be HONEST..

I can understand your frustration.

The reason you need to take a new action is due to the lack of Guarantee and the bankruptcy status of Huma. Facts, both, wich we did not have control over.

We do have been able to create a solution for hundreds of people like you though.

Just decide whatever you want to do and believe we are all honest possible at every step.

Thank you for this information.  Do you mean that those of us who are not in receipt of a bank guarantee may be covered by a general guarantee.  If this is the case what should our action be?  I think our money was deposited to Banco Popular.

If your money was deposited into a Banco Popular account and you have proof of this, actions is advisable to be against this Bank.
