I would be interested to know how long it took to get your money back, did new solicitors pursue this for you and how ?

We were under the impression that our money wouldn't be returned until 2 years had elapsed, also we still only have 1 bank guarantee, did you have all money covered?

YOUR SOLCITOR THAT DID THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORK AND ADVISED YOU SHOULD BE HOLDING YOUR BANK GUARANTEE, THAT I WOULD THINK WOULD BE THE FIRST LINE OF ADVICE.

ONLY HOLDING 1 GUARANTEE WEAKENS YOUR POSITION THAT IS IF YOU HAVE PAID OUT THE 40% LEVEL ?
