Jardines 8 - burgled last night

I was thinking if security are notified of exactly where the burglary is taking place immediately they may have a chance of catching them, but as the gates are often covered by a single female guard could they tackle a gang of burglars?

I am fitting locks to the windows and locking roller shutters to the front patio and doorway opening also but will set up the cameras also. I may monitor the garden for attempts to enter and notify security before they move on to someone elses property if we have a means of contact for rapid response?

I'll try the DDNS this weekend if my modem is still  there when I arrive tomorrow and I can get the replacement router set up.

As a UK electrician I have decided on installing our own burglar alarm when we next go over as I would sooner protect what we have got than get that dreaded call saying everything has gone.

Some people do seem to forget to look after their belongings from some incidents I have noticed on my visits. But then if they are locked away they still can get them if that determined. No win situation so you do have to increase your protection sometimes.
