We have been on Terrazas since the middle of Jan, no builders on the resort.

Hi all, just got mail from a agent who is selling on terrazes , she says 60 per cent is now sold and building work as commenced on the unfinished blocks. Obviously I cannot confirm this from the uk. BEST REGARDS JOHN AN WENDY CARR. APARTMENT 2671 c

It would be nice to know where - there is NOT one builder on Terrazas and even Maria Jose (head of customer services) did not know last week when they will return - just that it should be in the next couple of months.

Yes I live here and I went into Head Office last week to ask when will work recommence as we live next door to the block that is almost 80% finished. There have been a couple of men on site but only to secure the plaster board etc stored by block 162 as we have had some severe winds and alot of the stacked building materials fell over.

What do you mean? If you mean unfinished blocks, they are 3/or4 blocks away from ours . Not really a eye sore. Best regards john an Wendy.

Hi, it's a lovely complex was just over there in jan to finish of furnishing it . Will try to get out there again at least a couple of times this year . I retire in 3 years and will be spending my winters in the sun from then on . Bets regards john an Wendy Carr.

I read yesterday that the banks have finally agreed to put some more money into IRM, so wouldn't be surprised if building work recommences soon.
