Hi roband bev, yes you are right but as a relativly new owner l am on the whole am very happy with how the resort is ran but have never had any correspondance concerning the setup at CDA or been provided with any means of contacting the presidents, this is why I personally feel that detched from the dicision making process. We are all kiddding ourselves if we think our payments wont increase in fact l would happily increase my payment to fund more more landscaping. 

Maybe the 600 euros is for inside and out? They didn't state exactly what it was for and that would make more sense. I too had wondered why the community can't directly employ a manager, gardeners, security and painters rather than contibute to the profits of these companies.

There will be a painting fund which will be 15 euros a quarter, also added to this fund will be monies allocated when possible by the Administrator from debt recovery and other means when cash saved on contracts etc! This will enable the painting to start.

Carmen I would presume will be Level 2 for la Isla but her AGM next Sat.

Level 1 will be decided when all Level 2 presidents decided..

LEVEL 3 Presidents I know of:

Jardine 1 President Neil Simpson and Paul Vice president,

Jardine 2 President is Andy Smithies and Thomas is vice,

Jardine 3 is Jose Torro not sure about vice,

Jardine 4 is Mick parsons and Leslie Parsons vice.

Jardine 5 is David who is a Spanish guy and very good.

Level 2 for jardines 1-5 is Andy Smithies with David as vice..The painting fund will be starting soon and the debtors are being chased down, the debtors will be having internet and TV withdrawn and other measures will be looked at to make it difficult for them..

i do not think the withdrawal of the TV and Internet will have much of an effect unless you live on site. I doubt if anyone is crazy enough to want to spend the time indoors watching TV during the wonderfull sunny days, we call all do that at home. Maybe WIFI will be more mportant to some.

I know of one couple who have neither and another who have admitted that it wont bother them either way.

I believe that the only measure left is to stop access until a large proportion or all

out standing bebt has been paid. Hard line, maybe but why should most of us pay when the minority are continually allowed to ignore their outstanding debt.

If they cant pay then they should at least try to sell. I know financially they will lose out but the debt they have is growing and unless property prices increase dramatically very soon they will never recover financially.
