Currently in the process of buying on CORVERA

The clubhouse is open limited hours and not serving food at the moment as they are waiting for gas connection?

im in the early stages of pursuing a place in Spain. I have no idea where to start or even if my budget allows. 

Any advice would be greatly received. I saw some properties online, looking for at least 2 bed.  

Ps I'm not looking to rent it out just for family holidays as I have a young family.

You will get lots of options from various people.

What I would say is do some research and visit places to get a feel for them, talk to people on the complexes - from my experience they are all very friendly and willing to share any advice.

We recently bought on Corvera and love the place 😉.

we contacted blue med invest regarding a two bed apartment in corvera. 

Hoping to get over to view some places in the next few months, I have a 5 month old baby girl which makes it difficult. 

Going to budget around €60k. Does anyone know roughly the running costs per month on Corvera resort? Ie the factors fee (or equivalent) etc?

When you come over, ask Blue Med to show you Hacienda Del Alamo Resort also. We bought a lovely apartment last year, and there would be some to fit your current budget. Let me know if you want any details on the resort or costs.

UPDATE FROM US!

Well we have a little update!

Just been out to Spain and we have now have a fully up and running apartment/second home!

We have been very budget aware and have spent a modest amount  - if you PM me I will happy share my shopping list!  We have saved more than 50% of furniture packages !  and it looks really nice and new.

There have been a few hiccups - due to property being empty for 8 years!  so had to make sure it was safe and secure.  We had a problem with the boiler flue meaning we had to have additional works doen to get boiler serviced!  also our water valves went - We also wanted to make sure that the apartment was secure whilst we where away so again there was additionals costs for Rejas ( the opening and shutting Grilles) and security bolts etc.  

When we left last week end the apartment looked like our mini home and the community we are on was really spec and span.  We also met a couple more owners and how lovely where they.  Feel like we are part of something nice   not just our community but have made friends and met them from the other commuities in Corvera and hope to catch up with  the ones we havent yet met :)

The club house was open and up and running.  Looked nice.    

We cant wait for our next trip out...

Ask me anything  ....Honestly I will be as open and honest as I can.....
