1 bed property info

Hi i have just recently purchased a 1 bed ground floor apt on the terrazas golf resort was hoping someone might know the dimentions of the living room and also if the space for the washing machine and fridge freezer is standard 600cm. Thank you in advance. Richard

I don't have the room sizes but I have friends who own in phase one and yes standard washing machine and fridge space of 600mm.

You only need to register to be able to post, you should be able to read all the info in the public area without registering.

Unfortunately the plans don't have the dimensions, just floor space. They do have a scale so you can work it out. Here is the type 2 plan for a 1 bedroom apartment
