I had a look at these darren when I was looking at deals. very expensive I thought even if they offer a good service they are offering packages at 8,500 euros that are not as good quality or comprehensive as other companies offering far more. There are many companies about who do not direct source but buy from direct source companies and then add a referral fee. at these prices I would suggest that they are either the latter or making an obscene profit at owners expense.

Good luck though

Anna

EoS Members,

For reference, a 2-bed Furniture Pack starts at E5,500 or £3,900.00 and ARE of the highest quality.

I have to disagree with that comment. I have seen first hand the furniture that is offered by IR and it is undoubtedly better quality than many similar companies. It’s well made and very robust which is exactly what is needed if you are going to rent out your property.

The designs are modern and the colours choices are vast which gives the buyer lots of scope when choosing furniture.

The furniture packs include everything you'll need and they can be bespoked to suite if there is something that you don’t need or want to change, so flexibility isn’t a problem. You can even choose the colour of the glassware which is lovely as it add a really personal touch to your property.

They do absolutely everything from furniture through lighting and white goods so if your concern is if you have everything you need there certainly aren’t any worries in that department.

In my opinion it’s a breath of fresh air to look at such nice, good quality furniture and have a 'no hard sell' approach.

Rachel

sorry - I was just trying to be helpful - I am sure that the quality is ok I just have a real bug in my hat about people trying to make ridiculous profits off the back of owners. I think the whole point of these forums is to try and ensure that this doesn't happen.

having looked back at my notes it was the one bedroomed model that cost £3800 I think that the two bedroomed model was nearer the £5000 mark which is very expensive in the current market. - Although I did research some time ago so it may have changed - even so I would double check if I were you. By memory I spoke to a guy called David - can't remember this surname was it Strimmer or Rimmer?

the company  have their own spanish website too which, by memory had the prices on. you may want to check this out too. http://www.insiderightespana.com

Hi

Can't remember what was originally said, and I see that earlier posts have been edited!  If the Open Day is up north, unfortunately it won't be possible for John and me to attend.  However if not, please let me have dates etc, either on here or by PM.

Thanks!

Sue
