I also received a letter from our Solicitor, all they could say is that San Jose regrettably inform us that there will be a delay in the completion of our property which is out of their control and will be in touch directly to inform us why this has happened and when we can expect a new completion date.

I am in Andorra at the moment and have taken a morning off as the snow is very soft and hard work for  my old pins. 

I have received a letter direct from SJ which they sent to my UK address.  It has been redirected so should be there when I get back home at the weekend.

I will either scan it on here or retype.

there is still snow on the top of the mountains in Scotland even a ski run at Aviemore how do I know?

Just got back from our timeshare in  Bonny Scotland bought with Jumilla in mind the weather has been fantastic all week and

had a message on the ansaphone from  Kirsten at Ambasun to say our completion is delayed and that SJ hope to complete by the end of the year !!!!!

( do they think those of us with a March date are unaware we haven't yet completed)

Will get Dave to ring them on monday and post the result

yes, i too had a message on my answa phone yesterday from Ambusun. My completion date was originally June 07 and now estimated to be either the end of this year or the begining of next.

As we are next door to each other I expexct to have the same completion date. We were told  in Sept 06 the completion would be June 07 but to expect a delay of six months.
