We would just like to say, when we visited SADM  on 15th - 16th May, there was work being carried out and there are pictures to prove it ( Shared Photo's).

We stayed in Torrevieja for our visit and found a very nice place to eat, it was called La Boca,  it's not far from San Jose Main Office, if you want to pop in for a chat or just to find out who your neighbours are going to be.

Hi Andy & Lynne

Thanks for the photos and for being so positive after some of the gloom and doom!  We also saw work being done when we were at SADM at the beginning of the month, however I have an old fashioned camera, so can't upload photos until I finish the film and get it developed!

What plot are you on?  Your profile doesn't show it.  We are on R10, no 694 - maybe you are going to be our neighbours?

Sye

Thanks Andy & Lynne,

some good news at last after all the doom and gloom.

I have spoken to my agent several times over the last weeks( has dealt with purchases for several of my friends and i believe can be trusted), I have been told that delays with Spanish builds are normal and scare mongering is par for the course, she has a hard copy of the bank guarantee from the builders.

Until there is a definite problem other than the delay I intend to look forward to moving into a lovely area with lots of  new friends!!.
