Thanks for the photos - amazing shots!  I think I recognised the grassy humps that we reckoned were near to our plot when we stood on the solarium of one of the houses when we were there earlier this month!  What progress (if any!) do you reckon they have made since you were last there?

we will be out in 3 weeks to look for ourselves really looking forward to the trip up from la cala de finestrat this time Dave has threatened to make me drive that will be my first outing in Spain!!!!

We went to Finestrat when we were staying at Playa Albir, however that was the village in the mountains, and I think you are staying near the beach.

Oh dear - anybody planning to visit SADM in 3 weeks time had better look out!!! GAL will be driving for the first time in Spain!

Hi Florence. August not so far away now.  Dont worry.  When they start on the golf course pictures by the dozen.

David says Hi to all.  Yes Ive still got him working seven days a week.  Poor lad.

GAL.  Driving here piece if cake once you get the hang of turning right when you want to go left.  The first time David made me drive was around Alicante.  I started at the port, straight road me thinks. No problem but I was nearly in Benidorm before I made the left turn. Much to Davids amusement and frustration.

Hommy.  Its gets harder to take pictures that are of any value to anyone as the work on the foundations extends out.  I think it will have to be aerial shots next.  Need to chat up a pilot or 2.

All the work is continuing on site with the foundations and sanitary pipework ect.  The weather is still unsettled with a few showers here and there and temperatures between 23 and 25 during the day.   About 12 / 17 degrees at midnight.  The best week weather wise, so far this year, was when Sue Mac was over here.  The winds are up again this week making it difficult to eat outside unless you want to chase your toast round the patio.

Elections this weekend will keep you all posted of the outcome.

I know the road you mean we drive on it most visits and park by the port so perhaps that should be my starting point eh?

Yes it is la cala when we first started spending time in Spain there was a couple of blocks of falts and lots of work going on producing the high rise affairs which grace the Benidorm skyline. Now all the properties have been built and Dave in particular will miss all the hookers who line the streets

Went up on Sunday 3rd June while there were no builders to view the progress.  Uploaded a couple of photos of foundations so far.  Not very exciting but gives a closer view of the progress.
