Having recently visited Casares del Sol I understand from the guy in the Sales office responsible for selling the Casares del Sol Suites in the Aparthotel, that Interlaken have recently become a PLC and are therefore obliged to conform much more stringently to proper forms of practice. The information given was not fully understood but seemed to be linked to part of the sale of Interlaken to another developer.
The result of this may determine a better standard of finish for the rest of the development (or so one is led to believe) in order to assist potential buyers into Casares del Sol Suites in making a decision.
It would seem these apartments are being offered fully furnished with a rental guarantee of 6% of the purchase price for 2 Years which is obviously done to prevent a reduction in the sale price being given. The normal sales staff seem to completely distance themselves from these sales and claim to know very little about them.
Does anybody know anything about the takeover and whether there is likely to be a benefit to existing owners as a result of this ?
