We completed in October 2006 and employed a management company to let out and look after our apartment but as yet we have not had any bookings.  Has anyone had success in letting out their apartment and if so can you recommend a good agent.

There are no good rental companies. Once they've got your money, forget it. It's best to do it yourself.

Shush, please don't be negative, you will have the flippers in a right state, they don't like too much realism!!!
