All very understandable but when the market is so bad, or non-existant, perhaps the signs are the only hope.
Justin posted a very long positive contribution from a number of experts in the newsletter, it had no noticeable effect on the market, I rather think that the market has heard it all before. Even the "sharks" have swum away. If this site ever begins to look attractive then signs will be useful, no doubt. As to agents interest, unless you pay up front for a listing they are not interested. Try it for yourselves.
The market is affecting all sites, this from an up market quality site near Marbella --
"We intend to let and clients will be put off when building and gardens are still in progress. We would like to sell our apartment but we realise that all sales are very slow at this time and have been unable to find an agent to market our apartment."
Perhaps a little forebearance is called for, some people are desperate I guess.
