I own an apt in Costa Caribe II which is currently let out on an 11 month rental. I have just received in the post some papers headed "ACTA DE LA JUNTA GENERAL ORDINARIA DE 5 DE ABRIL DE 2007". This seems to be a meeting of owners etc on 5 April.
It consists of 11 pages listing SOME but not all of the apts in our block, along with the names of the owners. Pages 4-11 then list what appears to be payments still due from those owners listed, for what I assume is maintenance. Back in Feb, 2007, I received papers in the post showing charges we still owed. These were for 114 euro per quarter which we have since paid to "Servicom Oropesa SL". My apartment details do not appear on the papers, hence the reason I am presuming it relates to those who have not yet paid. As the complete document is in Spanish, I am unable to translate it. Have any other owners from Costa Caribe II received these papers? If so can you confirm it is a list of owners who still owe maintenance, or indeed what the general contents of the papers are.
Also does anyone know if the charges payable to Servicom are actually for MAINTENANCE or something else? For instance, do we have to pay any other charges such as a Community Charge (like Rates or Council Tax in the UK) or is this all included in the charges to Servicom. For my part I have NEVER received any other payment demands.
