completion dates?

Can anyone who has been on their inspection visit tell us whether they have been given a completion date yet, we have been given our inspection date and are trying to work out when we will complete!

We are going on our inspection trip next week and have been allocated a slot of 10.00 AM on Tue 10th July & according to my laywer we are due to complete on Fri 13th ( not a great date) electricity ,water and communication with our Spanish mortgage company in relation to the survey all in order,however we applied for our Nie Number nearly 3 months ago via the UK and after an email from the Spanish consulate today they have informed us that they are taking 3 months due to the popular demand of all us daft brits buying in Spain, so if anything will hold us up it will be that so I am keeping my fingers crossed,failing that I have been informed that we will be available to complete as soon as that NIE No arrives.I hope this helps.

thanks for that info, its interesting that completion is so soon after inspection, what happens if there is any snagging to be done?

Was wondering which block no. you are in as this might help us with our date.
