Hi all,

Might seem a silly question, but we keep talking about 'the developer', but just WHO are the developers?  We purchased our apartment through Instant Access and having been though our file we can't find anything with the name of the developer on.  Looking on the Calanova Golf site it says 'AJA Promociones'.  But we have had an email from our Spanish solicitor saying the vendor is DESARROLLOS EMPRESARIALES NAPOLES SL.  Any ideas anybody?

It is not a silly question. AJA are the developers but are very difficult to contact. it seems they will not talk to individual purchasers. They will talk to lawyers acting on your behalf and they MAY speak to you agent.

if you have any questions for them please put them through your lawyer.
