The gym, indoor pool & spa are going to be almost the last things to be finished.

Sky TV is something that individuals who want will have to arrange but according to Key Mare you are not allowed to put up a dish on your property.
Other threads on here have suggested a mesh ariel is available thatt does the job just as good.
