Hi
You have clearly decided that you have waited long enough but the up to date information is that the final plans are with the Junta in Seville and that approval is expected in September with a start shortly afterwards
So ignoring the history if you do stay in then you will have a very good buy
Many have had ther money back; first, the time has to have run out [ extra 6 months beyond the stated completion date]
Via your agent or lawyer you get a cancellation contract from Huma and then in many instances it takes 6/7 weeks but remember they do not work in August
Some do have problems and some agents try and delay it or do not co operate because they have to repay the commission
Other people have gone direct to Huma and I suspect a pragmatic approach to them instead of agressive seems to get results
However this may change when they get the final approval and re-start...perhaps they may make some offers to keep you in!!!!....I
If you want any more info or details of any other alternatives get in touch
Regards
Brian
