we went to almanzora 2 weeks ago we asked a lot of questions went a lot of diffrent places they are supposed to get the licence on the 1st of may we bought ours march 2005 i didnt know wat to think but i did feel better after going there hopefully my instincs are right

has anybody heard if huma had this meeting with the town hall, also if they got a notice from huma stating that they have all the nessary stamps to start building again.

they have a meeting on the 12th april to approve the provisional pgou, then there will go another month whilst the junta organise the paperwork ready for the final approval, expected start date will be ca. august september

they have promised to approve the plan at the next exraordinary meeting, after getting the paperwork from the inclusion in the pgou in order, so it could possibly be before

My Solicitor in Vera had said there could be a further complication - basically in their words - Andalucia approves an urban law (the POTA) which regularise the growth of the municipalities in a fixed rate of the existing population. This means that a municipality cannot build more than a fixed number of properties per year. ACC overruns this fixed rate so there are doubts this will be approved.

I have no idea what the consequences of this are but if anybody can throw any light on this I would be grateful.
