Can anyone out there help / advise?

I have received requests for Declaration of residence for tax purposes recently from CAM and would like to know what information is required to enable us to complete and sign the forms. I have contacted CAM by email but await there response, we need to get these back to them by 8-6-07.

I know I may be jumping the gun a little here but as with all things Spanish, I'd rather be in the driving seat than a ' forever waiting' backseat passenger!! 

Has anyone any experience of completing these or is it another legal bill!!

We also received the declaration of residence for tax from cam. You only need to sign the forms and return them if you previously did this when you opened your account. This is normal for spanish banks as otherwise you are taxed as a resident, at present you shouldn't be paying tax.  The phone number for Vera branch is 00 34 950 133 260 if you want to check. Don't worry, it's not a bill!
