how hard is it to pull out

 Hello

Can anyone tell me  the process  of pulling out .Our contract date was 23/04/07  do i have to wait six months on top off this.Do i have to sign with the solicotor or just ring parador .

And will there be any payments i would have to make to the solictors for work they supposed to have already done .

We managed to get our first payment back as this wasnt  forwarded to the builder as he was already of site, so its just the case of the £2000 deposit and £400 owners club fee we have to get back .

I also had a letter from my bank regarding  the tax residence,when i asked my parador contact she said (we dont need a bank account unless we tend to move out there )so why did the rep go and open one on our behalf ?

you will have to sign a cancelation contract and then you will have to sue huma for your deposit, in past cases it has gone to court and huma have had to pay up with court costs, but you will probably find they will settle out of court, the parador fee you will have to claim back from parador sent with a copy of your cancelation contract.
