Does anyone have a contact to the main offices of the Company where I can send a complain?

I signed to the notary 10 months ago and I'm still having troubles to get everything sorted. You can try their offices in London or after sales at Marina d'Or but they just cant help but wasting your time and making promises their hardly fulfill.  They usually give you partial answers to any questions and you soon understand that  they cant help till they report to the boss at the Company Offices. Unfortunately for the boss you are just another customer so you never get anything sorted.

I put a blind eye on many , many issues but Im really fed up that in the last 10 months I never had the opportunity to really enjoy my property.

I have had nothing but problems with Marinador and Macanthony who sold to to me. I completed a year ago and have only just got my TV back!  I fitted my apartment out with bed linen, crockery and curtains.But despite being with 2 rental agencies I have not managed to get any rent in a whole year. I can't afford to stay at my apartment as the airport is too far for me to get a taxi.

Last month I missed a mortgage payment, I have been trying to sell for 6 months. I am sure the bank will repossess my lovely apartment soon.  So please if you are thinking of buying don't anyway you can probably buy mine at auction from the bank for under 200,000 euros it was valued at 300,000 for the mortgage.

Sorry to be so dismal but I need to tell people the facts.

Did you believe you would be able to rent your apartment or even sell (maybe not making a profit) after 18 months? I thought I would get some rental to help with my mortgage costs but I have received very little.

I have now had my property repossessed  and  the Spanish bank will take legal proceedings against me if they don't get the money  they expect when they auction  my  apartment. I am very worried as we could  loose our home in England if I am forced to pay months of mortgage interest. I  had received 1200 euros in rent for August but nothing else after completing in October 2005.

If anyone is having the same problem please contact me by sending a private message especially if  you were promised when signing that you would get rent or be able to sell  after a year.
