Hi
Margaret and I went to this years festival on the last night as recommended by Linda Needham who we stayed with. Linda advised us what happens and although we didn't actually get involved this year we still had a ball. Don't know how many thousands of people were in town that night but it is a sight that has to be seen. The streets were running with red wine at the end of the night just before the big clean up started and we never saw one single piece of trouble. Dread to think what it would be like in the UK after people had drunk all that free wine.
We took some photos so i will upload them as soon as I can

Hi All,
did not make the wine flowing night but did get to Jumilla on the saturday night for the firework display and the fair, have to say it looked like a great atmosphere and i can imagine the wine flowing night was great fun. having said that we did end up in a bar until 4.00am in the morning on the saturday night and that was fun to. i will be there for next years festival.
also popped up to the complex but not a lot going on during august, mind you the wind was strong and we managed to get locked into the tulipan apt as the front door got jammed and we had to wait 30 mins for a tradesman to come and get us out.
