I Have post before few months ago when the days of TH was looking Glum be Thats all Changed we Have A Villa on TH plot 179 we purchase with the same agent as cathy and paul and the the thing again only find out any thing with the info of this site.

My husband and my self are going out for 4 days the end of oct we are looking for a nice hotel close to TH area that we can go and see what the work is looking like and discover the area as we never did when we purchase the villa we stayed at La zenia hotel could any one recomend a hotel where we can get to TH and also has some nice restrants ect

We have only stayed at La Zenia and on La Torre so can't recommend any other places but on our recent visit we went regularly into Los Alcazares and noticed a really nice hotel called Hotel 525 and both of us said that it looked great and we wouldn't mind staying there.  Plus its nearer to TH than la Zenia and has a good choice of restaurants.  Try this website www.quierohotel.com it also has some other links at the bottom which might have some other hotels on.

If you stay there let us know what its like.

I know that there are quite a few hotels in Murcia city but don't know anyone who has stayed

hi everybody,

great to see new people talking. Things must be moving on because we have had a URGENT email from TH telling us that we must go over and choose our tiles etc.  Funny old world is;nt it, having to tried to contact someone for months and months and now hey they want us there pronto.  Can anybody give me the name of an english person at TH. Our contact is spanish and  i need to talk to someone.

I dont know if this is any good to you, but I have always spoken to a girl named Maria, she's at the El Trampolin office and her English is excellent I've just found her card out and her full name is Maria Jose Ruiz email address is  mariajose@thetrampolinhills.com  I went to TH in March but the girls on the desk were not too good at understanding me, I also went to El Trampolin but on a Sunday and have to say I could not get away they dont seem busy on a Sunday and would not shut up I learnt that some of the girls have bought on El trampolin and other's are buying on TH they started by giving us sweets but when we managed to get away our arms were full we had about 20 TH t shirts posters and prints of our villa numerous coloured TH pens shaped like a golf tee with a golf ball on the top and a bag of TH sweets.I'm off to TH in 5 weeks today so if anyone wants anythin askin let me know.

hiya,  just been over to trampolin hills and it was soo hot out there at campos del rio, the agents gave me the new prices and all detached villas have gone up by 100.000 euros since i purchased in january 06. thanks

You say the prices are up 100k, but what exacty are the prices?

We stayed in the 525 Hotel at the end of June when we first went over to look at the Royal Dream development.  I can honestly vouch for the fact that the hotel is lovely.  Breakfast was included in the price.  I cannot give you a price as the hotel was paid for by our lovely agent Mike and Hana of Espanha 2004.  The room was large and had a lovely big king size bed.  Sat tv and mini-bar.  However, no tea and coffee complimentary in the room, which was a bit of a pain.  Not to worry as you are just below the square where it all happens.  The bathroom was really special, very contemporary.  I think the hotel was in the region of 250 euros for both of us for 2 nights B&B.  There is a  lovely indorr pool and a really nice restaurant, however, a little on the pricey side. We had breakfast in the room one morning and this was a very reasonable 10 euros for both of us and you got loads! with coffee and croisants etc.

As stated above, the hotel is just on the perimetre of the square.  There are lots of bars and restaurants and banks and everything you need.  Supermarkets, hairdressers.  Our solicitor is based in Los Alcazares, so have explored it well.  It is a lovely town and the beach is about 10 mins stroll from the hotel.  Opposite the hotel is a fabulous restaurant called El Patio, this we can recommend as it is very Spanish and very reasonable. 

We travelled to Trampolin Head Office and it took us about 20mins from LA.  This is the main core of the company where the solicitor is based and the architect and the director (the BIG boss!).  Trampolin Hills is about 40mins drive from LA.
