I'm a bit confused about this! My recollection is, at the AGM, it was confirmed that the developer had fully paid its contributions and was not in debt to the community.
As I mentioned in my notes of the AGM, the "Debtor pending promoter" figure is listed under assets! I'm no accountant, so I don't know, but how can a debt be listed as an asset at year end balance sheets? Isn't that some kind of false accounting, classifying a debt owed as an asset? It's not an asset if it's not paid!
I wonder if it's just the translation of the list? I'm not usually so dim reading accounts, but I don't think the translation lends itself to easy understanding!! Well, obviously not in my case!!!
PS As John has said, it was voted on that AEA will begin to take action against those who have not paid their community fees from 15 September (legally, they had to wait until then to give those who owed due notice).
