Anyone else going rusty?

On the initial site plans, in addition to the main communal swimming pool at phase 1, smaller swimming pools at the end of each phase were shown on the site plans we were given .  We made further enquiry and the site / sales office at the time promised that these pools were to be built and that they would fenced & gated.  On recent photo's reports there does not appear to be any sign of these swimming pools under construction.  I assume we were not the only ones to be given site details showing a number of pools ....Does anybody have any info on the matter ?  RF   

It should be noted that the Swimming Pool on phase 1 is not a communal pool it is a pool for phase 1 only. The pool will be maintained by the 61 properties on phase 1. I understand that phase 1 will be a totally gated area and not available for use by any other phases. Each phase should be having their own pool area and it will be up to them to organise the maintenance of that pool. As the house on all phases are still under construction it would be impracticable for any pools to be under construction. The information within here is the information given to me at the time of my purchase on phase 1, I have heard  nothing has that leads me to believe that there has been any changes to that information.

The information we have is that phase 1 will have it's own swimming pool and there will be pools located at the end of each phase.  We are advised that these will be walled and gated, with each of the appropriate residents holding a key for access to their particular pool.

Agree with earlier comments that the builders other site in Ronda has been built like this.  Whilst the pools are not large, they are adequate - particularly given the location of this site to the beach/sea.
