Manilva Beach Phase 3

Hi just thought i would ask a question. I have an apartment in Phase 3 Block 21 originally this apartment was due for completion on the 1st of september 2007, i have now had comfirmation of the apartment being ready for December 2007.  As this date is set more then 3 months after the 1st of september does this mean they have broken the contract and if so do i receive any compensation? Also could i be allowed to have all my money refunded with intrest? Good to hear if anyone else has had the same problems any thoughts on this matter would be greatly accepted, Thanks

If you check through previous posts in this forum I think you'll find people who have been in the same position as yourself and successfully got their money back plus interest.  I think there is always a question though about exactly how long the delay is and whether it has been caused by circumstances under the developers control.  If memory serves me right I think the developer is claiming about 3 months delay because of an unofficial strike early on, so you are looking at maybe six months delay before they think you can get your money back etc.
