We heard from our agent today that the furniture is to go into the showhouse in the next couple of weeks and that they expect to be able to take people round the showhome the 1st week of October. Apparently there is masses of building going on in the other phases of the development too. All sounds very promising after such a slow start.

Hi All,
Received an update yesterday from our agent,nothing about the swimming pool but some good photo's,not sure when it will be on Finca Parcs website as i just looked and it hasn't been updated as yet!!!

Hello All, had a trip to the site yesterday, the show house looked as if it was coming up for completion they were busy rendering the outside, looking good with a nice pastel shade finish, looking forward to actually having the chance to see inside, impossible at the moment as they have security guards on the gate, hope to get up there again in a few weeks when the show house is officially opened, will keep you posted.

Hello to you all, just to let you know that the kind staff at Finca Parcs let me have a sneak preview of the show house earlier this week prior to its opening, unfortunately due to health problems I have had to return to England for a while and not sure when I will be able to get back to Spain again, I hope its not to long. Well all I can say is we were amazed at the very high standard of everything inside the house, the sanitary ware, corner bath and taps are lovely, kitchen looks great with good quality units and the windows and doors appear to be of a very high standard. The actuall outside finish is beautiful in a very pale creamy yellow and edged in white, the pool looks larger than I expected, and really impressive electric ironwork entrance gate that slides to the side on a track. We were also amazed how much work has gone on since our last peek through the fence in October, there seems to be hundereds of workers beavering away and loads of houses being built now. We have looked at lots of properties and projects over the past four years and I can honestly say that I cannot remember coming across anything much better ( other than those in the millions of course, which we would need to win the lottery to afford anyway ) I would also like to thank Amanda and Mark from Finca Valley for meeting us and discussing all of our requirements, thanks for all of your help and information it is very much appreciated. It looks fantastic, cant wait till we go in august to have a proper look round! If anyone else is going out in August we will be there for a week from 15 - 23, if anyone fancies meeting up send me a p.m
