Entertainment on the Costa Blanca

Hi 

we have purchased an apartment on Don Juan Phase 2

Does anyone have any idea when completion will be. Getting mixed messages

Also  we are coming to Spain on9 -12th November is there any one who is renting out there apartment on phase 1

Also we would like to meet up with people who are already residents in phase one, hopefully you can gives us ideas and pitfallst you may have come across.

Hi Sandra and John,

I fully understand if you are in doubt about phase 2 "delivery" date. We also have an apartment in phase 2 and we have from the beginning been told that expected finish date is November 2007 (that is the contractual date), and for the past 6 month we have been told that it might before, however with the delay of phase 1, this dosn't seem possible. On the other side, I'm sure that they are finish with the buildings, and as soon as the have handed over all phase 1 apartments I think that start to hand over phase 2 apartments. My guess is end of 2007 or start of 2008.

What apartment and block are you in?
