We know that some of you are considering letting your apartment. So we struck a deal with a good rental agent to exchange clients as they service a different area. So far we didn’t advertise or offer rentals as the apartments were not ready yet. You ought to have working elevators, swimming pools etc before you can make a serious offer.
However thanks to word of mouth we already have some people interested in renting in Don Juan. We advised them about the situation, but they are still willing to rent it.
