Hi all

We need to contact the after sales girls again regarding more snagging problems (guys came to fix original items on list Friday morning but caused more problems) we had to return over the weekend and couldn't report there and then cos the office was closed.

Does anyone have the email addresses for Maria or Mayte please?

Sorry, I dont have that email address, could you forward that to me.  I have emailed about 4 different people at Keymare but no response from anyone!!

Though our estate agent and solicitor has been good enough to chase on our behalf but still dont seem to be getting anywhere

It was just another long shot.  We have emailed AfterSales previously without getting responses.  We were out there early November and found a number of the staff have now left hence the messages not being acknowledged.  This included Ursula. 

I only have email addresses for the Sales team and they too ignore emails re snagging items.

I've emailed Maria (thanks for details) so we will see.
