There was a meeting regarding legalisation of the community and each block will function as a seperate entity.  This basically means that there will be a President for each individual block.  The pool area & solarium on the roof of block 4 will be shared between blocks 3, 4, & 5.  This means that there will be one set of rules for this area, as one President will be responsible.

I've already posted on another thread, the details of the meeting that was held on the 19th of November.  It would be a good idea if everyone from Mar y Sol could contact the adminstrator, as the promoter never gave them much information regarding our UK contacts. 

The administrator, Mr. Jose Luis Garcia Martinez, can be contacted by E-mail at gws@globalworldservice.com Alternatively, he can be reached on his mobile: 619 647587.  Mr Martinez speaks very good english.

There is another community meeting scheduled for Friday the 14th of December at 11am, for blocks 3, 4 & 5, in the Liffamaya Bar (to the right of the rear of the Liffey Bar).

Just read your email, iam situated in block 5 and have not yet had the chance to come visit since the completion of the property, just after some info please, have not been contacted at all. We are paying our mortgage but dont know if any other bills are due ect. who do we contact about issues like this?? many thanks

I can tell you that you've probably had money taken out of your bank account for water and electricity connection. I am sure you would have had to supply bank account details to Palacios which they then charge you to pass on to the administrators!

The bills are being delivered to the apartments - each block has a mailbox for each apartment. You'll have to find the administrator in Dolores to get your key though. We're getting ours at Christmas while we're out there.

We've just returned from Spain - weather was lovely!!!

Some very un-neighbourly idiot has dumped a sofa on the roof. Why I don't know, but obviously he/she doesn't have a brain. Any thoughts on how we should deal with this?

Hi Irene&Alan you should phone your administrator and follow his advice. If you dont want to take his advice throw it off the roof and see what happens

Thank you for your responses. As far as calling the administrators... well that would be good if they ever returned calls or e-mails but they don't. Officially, as Mar Y Sol has been completed and handed over, the builders shouldn't have any reason to access the building, let alone the roof but I personally like the idea of chucking it off the roof!

It's on the roof of block 3. Black leather, slightly the worse for wear, probably very soggy as it's been raining for a couple of days.
