I believe pre-installation means that only the actual plumbing, etc is put in. This has caused many people to get concerned as they were assuming, like myself, that we would have it already put in as a complete installation. Some members were saying that they were going to take PW to task as the initial Jardines said pre-intallation but Los Naranjos say pre-installed..wonder if the differance in wording means they have to install it. i would welcome general feedback on this matter.
Anyway, regarding the cost, I would personally wait as there will be plenty of companies competing for the work as there will suddenly be hundreds of properties requiring this work carried out so my view is that prices will be competetive. I have already kept a note of a company that has carried out work for someone on another complex so I'll just ask them along with a few others to supply the best deal based on recommendations. Pretty much the same process as back in the UK I guess.
