                     Hi Christine and Geoff. 

 

        We hope to visit ,first weekend in march. Sorry we will miss you,be interested to hear how its coming along since we last visited. november. Hope to see that they are progressing well. You are right we are overlooking the park, on the ground floor.

We have heard that the weather is good at moment,
