Further to my most recent letter regarding  acc  we can now finally update you with further news on the plan for almanzora. (really)

the regional government has said that  whilst there are still a number of technical matters to be ironed out in the new town plan submitted to them, (HOW MANY IS THAT I WONDER)    thay have alsoconfirmed in press articals that it is not their intension to refuse permission for "the larger projects"   (I WONDER WHAT THAT MEANS THEN) although they may be subject to some additional delay to allow for further talks for the towns major infrastructure (WELL I NEVER ,YOU CAN KISS GOODBYE TO THE 8TH OF MARCH DISISION THEN , YOU WOULD NEVER OF GEUSSED THAT WOULD YOU )   this means that whilst we do not have a date for when the acc development can recommence,  ( NO YOU DONT SAY)

huma have been diligently working to produce alternative solutions for you (YES WE ALL KNOW WHAT THAT IS AND HOW THAT ONE WORKS)

it goes on to say with other bullsh** lines about other developments like MCC AND TERERNAS       (BUT IT'S NOT WHAT WE SIGNED UP FOR WAS IT PARADOR???   it also goes on to say that the tabernas site has all town planning appprovals are in place ( I'VE HEARD THAT BEFORE SOMEWHERE O YES PARADOR AND HUMA I THINK )                    continued

LISTEN TO THIS PLEASE DONT LAUGH........  we have organised with huma for them to have a DEDICATED TEAM ,,,, ( i know please dont  my sides are splitting)  DOES THAT MEAN THEN, THAT THEY WILL NOW ANSWER ALL EMAILS, AND ANSWER ALL TELEPHONE CALLS,  AND MOST OF BE HONEST ........... IDONT THINK SO DO YOU MR DIRECTOR PARADOR OWNERS CLUB .......      ****

WELL THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS IF THE LETTER HAS NOT ALREADY FALLEN THROUGH YOUR LETTER BOX

Behind this entire facade of cleverly written letters, one single word springs to mind -     Euros.

They want to hang on to all the Euros we have all paid them - regardless..........

They want even more gullible Brits to give them more Euros they can hang on to.....

Next they will be chasing stage payments..........service fees....

It's all one way Euros euros euros................and in return you get ...............

Hello

Well - just picked this up from a very reliable source:-

The urban planning department of the Junta de Andalucia has just rejected the Cuevas de Almanzora town hall’s proposed general urban plan (PGOU) to build 100,000 properties on land zoned as non-consolidated urban and uncategorised urban. Cuevas de Almanzora only has around 12,000 inhabitants, so the junta has rejected its plan to provide housing for 238,000 as not being rational and sustainable. I think the Almanzora Country Club is part of this mess, and there will be no solution until a plan is agreed. The Cuevas de Almanzora town hall is run by the Popular Party, and the Junta de Andalucia by the Socialist.

Read into that what you will.....

Hi again

Not been here for a while.

Not only did I receive a letter from Parador I got one from HUMA as well.

Hilarious, as we got our money back at the end of the year, (that was no interest or compensation).

Shows how incompetent they are.

Regds

Mike

(Don't see much from the people who spent along time giving me a bashing last year. They seem remarkably quiet. Are they still holding on?)
