'C' Bar in Duquesa

We bought on the ACC site in May 2005 through Masa International, and have been trying to get our stage payments back for the last 7 months to no avail, which has left us no choice other than to take court action against Huma, then this week suprise,suprise a phone call from Huma offering us the same Tarifa property on their new Oasis site, to pay us back for everything that as happened and to show us how grateful they are for our patience there was a Special price for us. Well ,we bought in 2005 for 116,000 euros and the Special offer 120,000 euros, so to reward us and show how grateful they are would cost us another 4,000 euros, this is an offer we CAN refuse.

Everyone seems to get this offer and also to buy on MCC at a 10% discount

Quite a few have taken the option for MCC because it is Spain now but if you are getting out and do want Spain now then there are other alternatives you should look at 

Parador have them in their 2007 brochure, I suspect in anticipation of marketing them

But also any agent involved with ACC will hold back on Tabernas until ACC is sorted

Not sure if they do have all the permits, perhaps just expecting them !!!!.....I understand that it is not just the new PGOU for Cuevas that is waiting a decision, there are lots of developments held up in this area at the moment
