Is it  correct that  the  Agents  have  already  been  paid  commission before completion.      Does  anyone  know  at what stage they  are paid  their  commission.

I think the agents are paid their commission when we have paid two stage payments, which was 40% in our case. This is probably why they are not interested in what happens to their clients  afterwards.

Antojo is correct about commission but 'not all agents then do not bother about their clients'

To many the 'after sales service' is very important
