Still waiting for result. But regarding getting together and taking MLH to court in the UK is going tobe near impossible I have just been told that if you try to get your money back it could take up to 3 years well is that what we want I dont think so and thats if you are successful  dont forget we are dealing with a big company and they can delay things for years.

What we should all do as Brits is push for the future and get the law changed in Spain at least,to have the Contract written in both Languages then one would know where one stood.

I have not given up hope of getting something back from these bastards because they may not think so but one day they are going to pick on the wrong people to try and screw up and i dont mean legally then they had better watch their backs.

Just been adding up the useable space in the so called 80M2 apartment and have come up with some startling fact The actual size including the wardrobe space is 52.5M2 the only thing that is the correct size is the balcony.

Another thing that is starting to get to me is you people who own apartments and are just putting them up for all different prices on web sites I have seen a 2 bed 2bath as low as 205,000 euros and as much as 310,000 euros please we all understand that the ground floor are slightly cheaper than the 1st floor and that 1 block will be in a better position than another but come on to stand any chance of selling we must work with each other otherwise we are no better than interlaken or MLD.
