Tax returns?

I have been ringing Andersons continually this week and Miguel has been avoiding me. However late tonight he picked up the phone - so he had to talk to me. Luisa must have gone to the toilet!

This is the conversation in a nutshell.

he says that he will only done 1 Writ for all the clients - hence delay (yah, yah)

He is trying to get the refunds for clients with BG's and is awaiting replies from some Banks. (yah, yah)

Then for all the others without BG's and where Banks refuse BG refunds - he will include them in the Court action against Huma.

He says that he expects to deliver a writ by the end of April at the latest.

Of course we will see!!

Anyone who knows more - please post - we must share info now!

Hi john we spoke to luisa about a month ago she said it should be the middle of march when they dilivered the writ ,we were expecting to hear news that it had been delivered but obviously not ,we have emailed miquel twice and he hasent repilied perhaps its time for a phone call ,ill let you no what happens,but we have no B/G so i dont no how long it will  take ,have you got yours?and did they say how long this could take because some one said 18 months.I hope not ,i want this mess out the way and no way would we go down this road again they can shove their 3 options where the sun don't shine, but good luck to those who are sticking it out and get their dream soon.

As explained we got our money back via the bg route not from Huma.we want to sue Huma for inetrest compenstaion etc but have not had assurance from Andersons that we are included in the writ. i shall ask again!

I think you maybe suprised how many people have no BG's - we certainly haven't one.

So Huma is our only answer.

I for one would be happy with any money back - the b****ds have 100,000 euros of my money.

I am putting a lot of faith in Miguel - he is my third solicitor. I hope he is honourable and capable!!

What I hate is when solicitors avoid to talk to you and you have to talk to Assistants  or Receptionists! God they are paid upfront (to deliver nothing in many cases)

I would suggest anyone using Andersons - keep the pressure up - so he understands the urgency and keep others posted with any conversations.
