Quickest way to obtain an NIE No

Just thought I'd let you know that following my email to Tom Hewitson at the BBC he has today replied with the following message:

Had a reply the same from them as KarenDavid had.

This is the first post I have made but it is to say I too have just sent an e:mail to watchdog. 

I find myself in the same situation as many trying to get a refund and having to go to court which will take around 18 months.

Another recipient might well be the Advertising Manager of the Daily Express, who is quite happy to take P******s money to produce 8 page supplements extolling the virtues of this 'caring' Property Agent.

Everybody at present is rightly so, wrapped up in the problems of getting their money back from Huma, if that worked out for everybody, would'nt it be beneficial to get together and perhaps look at the possibility of bringing British Justice to bear on P******r.  Perhaps that sounds vengeful but it might save others from being ripped off by their own countrymen and show that this sort of behaviour shouldn't be tolerated.

PS have just checked Forum Rules - so have edited the above.  Hope you still know who I am talking about    !

Another email sent - hopefully our action will prompt some investigation. 

I have only the deposit tied up in this mess (3,000 euros) but it annoys me that Huma appear to be getting away with holding on to peoples hard earned money - my solicitor has had no response from Huma - what chance do we have.

I want to send an email to watchdog ,sorry for being thick but what have you all wrote i have contacted them about 3 months ago got no joy, did you tell him all your details because id have to write a book its been so long, any ideas welcome cant wait to get this all sorted hopefully get some justice.

I just gave them the basic details of what has happened to us.  I havent gone into lots of detail as I think they will come back to us for that if they decide to go ahead with a programme.   Go on, send an email just outlining your story.  ** EDITED ** Please do not post the email address.  PM another member for it.
