Single Mattress for sale unused

We are now taking Huma to court after many false promises from them for our refund.  Our solicitor has said to us: 

"Due to the amount that the developer owes you (72.485,00 €), the court case legal fees will be approximately 10.474,56 Euros"

My question is, is this roughly what other people ar paying their solicitors to get thier refund back?

Any advice appreciated!

i believe that the more you are intending to claim back the more the costs are, so everyone will be differant more or less but i take it you will be asking for court costs and lawyer fee's to be included to.

We were in the process of taking Huma to court when they refunded our deposit (72500 approx), We paid our solicitor 2000 euro up front and Huma also paid the balance of approx 7500 euro to our solicitor.

Please, please can you let me know  your solicitors details, Huma have been promising me a refund since July last year. I am not in a position to pay out for advice but have to do something!!!
