Had to phone the finance department today about the 2nd payment we made last week, after I sorted out the finance side I asked about dates for handover and he said that he doesn't deal with that maters and put me through to customer services and I was told for garden 13 the handover dates still hadn't been confirmed and all she could tell me that it would be during the summer, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh  the wait continue's

We have got an apartment on HR, but some friends have brought on the Jardines. Just returned home to Uk.

We went to check out the site and take pictures for our friends. They have been given a completion date in June. We coulnt drive around the site and had to park up whilst a rep drove us to the show apartments.

The picture that has beeb  posted of the Jardins on their web site is the only bit of the Jardins that is finished. It looks lovely, but everything around the quad area is very much a building site, with many jardins yet to be finished. There are no facilities at all. I do not know how they are going to complete that area in the next 2 months

We are on Jardin 5 and  have been given handover dates from the 1st to the 15th August.

Typical that the flights are at their most expensive this time of the year with it being school holidays :(

Had a call yesterday from PW for handover dates on Jardin 11 and have confirmed today we are completing on June 25th what a shock I was driving home from work at the time and had to pull in a layby to take the call. Is anyone else completing that day. Can anyone work out in which order the Jardins are being released as it seems to be a bit uphazard with the dates being given out. The dream is getting nearer and I think its the first PW site thats been on time.

Hi Jax we got a phone call out the blue giving dates of 10TH jUNE TO 16TH July. Then rang back to confirm when within them dates. Why they rang my mobile and not the landline i dont know.

Hi All. Got the call today Jardin 12 completion end July. Appointment made for July 24th for snagging.

Do you know a good place to stay while all the completion stuff is going on? Do we need to be near the Resort , or should we be near the PW main office, I have been given the quote of €445 by PW for a stay of 3-4 nights,  do you know of anything cheaper?

Hi Payton Our agents are also Parador and without sounding too cheeky, are they going to pick you up from the airport as well or just from the Hotel. We were wondering whether to ask them ourselves as we've joined the Owners Club and up to now haven't had a lot of feedback from them. As it would be nice to be chaufered around.

When I spoke to Parador, they said that we would need to make our own way to PW Head Office at Balsicas on Monday morning (2nd June) and they would probably have a minibus organised to take a group of us to Murcia for the NIE numbers.  When we get back to PW Offices, we will be met by a Parador rep who will then take us to Condado to do the snagging.  I assume that they will drop us off back there to pick the car up.  THey will then collect us from the hotel on Tuesday morning and drive us to the Solicitor's office to do the completion.  Not quite sure what happens then - I assume that they will take us back to the hotel where we plan on having a few drinks to celebrate our new purchase!  This is the info I have so far - hope it helps.  They didn't offer to pick us up from the airport though.

Polaris have called us today to give us a handover date of between 1-30 June, they are going to call back tomorrow for us to give them the preferred date.

As we hadn't heard anything until today and then reading people were having their dates postponed  we were hoping that ours would be a bit later to give us a bit more time to save some money! Still excited though, just going to check out flights now...

We're in Jardin 13.

It's reassuring to hear that other completions are still going ahead - thought we were the only ones!  The completions seem to be in Jardin 12 and 13 and also Jardins 4 and 5 at the moment.  I think it has probably taken everyone by surprise that completions are taking place as early as June/July/August.  We certainly did not expect it to be until late 2008, if not into the early part of 2009 - thought we had loads of time to save for furniture etc.  Not complaining though - can't wait now.  At least we might pick up a few rentals during the rest of this year with people going over to view show apartments or complete on their own properties! 

Has anyone received an invitation to the event on 24th April in Leeds?  As we are in Doncaster, this is the nearest for us.  If so, is anyone planning to attend?  Would be good to meet some of our future neighbours.
