Hi Fossie.
Congrat's on completion, regarding the alarm the apartments are not alarmed or should I say ours was not so I presume none of them are .
As far as I know you have to insure the apartment for both building and contents as the community insurance does not cover the apartment
Regards
Robbie /Barbara

Hi everybody, I have bad news about the Peñoncillo road as I spoke to the sales person yesterday and he told me that completion will be in 3 months time. I knew it cause that is what the builders told me!!!. More waiting........ I am starting to wonder if they will ever give us our properties!!!! If I have more information, I will let you all know. Good luck and enjoy the place all of you that have the properties already.

Hi Sun 123
Why don't you ask your solicitor to request a change of apartment from the Developer? We were in block 3 and have now moved to block 7 and have just completed; this took just over a month to arrange. We are very happy with how things have turned out.

Hi Fossie, thanks for the advice, they already offered me that option but I like Block 2. I am not in a hurry about getting the place but I just think that the developer is laughing at us with this nonsense of the road. I am definetely taking legal action and claiming the interest for the delay. The developer has not contacted us or informed us why this delay, in fact, they are hiding and keeping quiet cause they are afraid of the consequences. I just think they have to pay for what they did wrong. Enjoy the place!!
