Just having a moan. We are emailing our solicitor every day asking for exactly how much money we are supposed to send them for completion and we are just not getting replies. Phoned yesterday and today, no reply. There's just no way we are going to be completed on the 25th at this rate. I could scream. Margo

I sympathise with your delay, many of us who completed the beginning of this year were in your situation this time last year and we all thought it would never happen. And to make matters worse the summer was slipping away, knowing the apartment was sitting there waiting to be used, it doesn't help. But! It will happen and when it does, it's worth the wait.
You will be sitting on your terrace any day now sipping a glass of what you fancy and waving to me whilst I am doing the same.

Thanks guys. Appreciate your support. The one thing that really cheers me up is the way that everyone sounds so positive when they get back from recent visits. It's keeping me going really. Margo

Hi All
Just got back from a great week at the complex will not go on about how good the place is and how grearrrrrt it will be when it is all done, as a few people who where just before we arrived have said all that needs to be said about the place,
Here is some information for Margo we are just below your apartment and while we there the painters and cleaners where in your apartment geting it ready for you.
Will post a couple of photo's of phases 2 /4 .

We are popping corks tonight. It's happened - we've finally completed! 5 years and 7months we've been waiting for this. Thank you to all of you who have PM'd, written posts and generally helped keep us sane this past couple of years. We can't wait to meet you out there in August. We're going on the 20th. Wish we could go sooner but we can't. For those of you waiting - hang on in there. It feels good and you WILL get there. Margo

hi guys I like Margo will complete on the 7th of August after 5 years of waiting phew is an understatement .
I am in Block 7 entrance 22 first floor B so would welcome any neighbours getting in touch at mike.donohue@siemens.com. I cant get out to snag it or look at it until late September and wondered if anyone knew or could recommend any of the owners who offer or who may do this for us?
My keys are with my Lawyer so could arrange for them to pick them up while visiting or living (for the lucky ones) Happy to pay fo this or offer a few bottles of wine just to check it for me.
Also welcome any one who can reccomend a rental/management company or if there is an owners club you are using.

Morning all - just back from holiday in Italy and it appears more congratulations are in order, so "congratulations" to all those completing. Thanks Robbie for the photos of Phase 4 - nice to know we're not forgotten. Everything appears to be starting to move much quicker now and who knows, next Easter may be a possibility?!? My brother is out there next week so I'm hoping for a full report and more photos on progress of the road and Phase 4 and will post the information when he returns - is there anyone else still proceeding with Phase 4?

Hi everyone! We had the wrong Thursday!When our solicitor emailed us on Monday to say"Completion next Thursday,we didn't think she meant this Thursday! Anyway,we are now the owners of a new apartment as of 2.30 this afternoon. Just been sorting insurance. Can someone help with info?Is there an alarm system fitted in each apartment and does anyone know what the Community Insurance covers exactly?
Can't wait to get out there ourselves.
