We have been reading this site with great interest. (Should the site be re-named Owners Eye on Condado!!!)
We feel it is more like a club rather than individuals buying on Condado. (Which makes us feel we are all looking out for each other). Which is a good thing.
We would like to say a thankyou to all the people that have made the forum interesting and informative. Like PGM (alias Phil the ferret) for ferreting so much information and introduceing us to the site.

with so many of us waiting tp purchase air con/heating units surely there must be a contractor in the Murcia region. Who could undertake the work as there is so many of us a group order could be placed which hopefully could give us all a discount.
In PW brochures it states Air con/heating Pre installed for Air conditioning. We had a quote from Parador choice standard unit 2 beds, 2467 euros. (3 units)
for the Class A unit.3294 euros. 3 units 1 lounge & 2 bedrooms.
Parador choice also have a Furniture Package which looks good value everything you could think right down to the corkscrew and including white goods 8900 euros.
We are going out in September for a weeks holiday and hope to visit Condado (hope we won't need a hard hat,High Viz jacket and Rigger boots)
